Officials are reporting that a car accident in late September claimed the
life of one victim and seriously injured another. The accident occurred
in Midland County, Texas on FM 1788 near the intersection of Country Road
160 and involved only one vehicle. It is believed that the driver may
have been distracted while driving and careened out of control and into
